Comments (11)I have never resolved the problem, but have found a way that works for a period of time. I got a large dog crate. It's big enough to hold a litter box, a large cushion for him to sleep on, and bowls of food and water. When he acts out against one of my cats, I put him in the crate for a time out. At first I just left him in it for half a day. That didn't really help. I found that it's most helpful to leave him in the crate for at least 24 hours, and at times for longer, depending on how bad his behavior was on that particular occasion. The crate is in my basement which is below grade, so it's always in the 60s there. The isolation is what seems to be the key to this working. When I crate him, I don't go down to the basement except once or twice to clean the litter box. And when I do that, I make sure he understands that I am very angry with him by speaking harshly to him and telling him how bad he is. When he's out and starts to act out, I yell CRATE at him so that he begins to understand what's coming if he doesn't stop the behavior. I have left him crated for as long as two days. But when he comes out of the crate, his behavior changes for, sometimes weeks at a time. And I constantly praise and pet him when he starts his aggressive behavior and when yelling CRATE immediately stops it. Comments (8)I should have also said: Be sure you know which folder your browser is set to for downloaded files. Change it to another if you would find that easier to work with (I create a "c:\downloads" folder on all my PCs. I point all browsers to that folder, so that I don't need to crawl down too many levels to find files) The file that will be in whatever folder you download to, that you'll attach to an email, is named: yahoo_ab.csv You should maybe first double check that it came out ok by navigating to it using Windows Explorer and then opening it with whatever spreadsheet program you use....See MoreHow often can I use enzymatic cleaner on my contacts?
Comments (13)I apprecite the time y'all are taking to answer me. I will ask him about the additional cleaning to make sure it's fully ok. It looks like it is. I've now seen on another website (sorry, I don't want to be talked into disposable! I was merely curious for personal experience. Looks like I stand alone.), there is no degredation for a lens by the hydrogen peroxide cleaning. It won't work for disposables because they're so thin, it'd cause wear on them to give them the same regimen as daily wear. Daily wear are much thicker. They don't tear and degrade like disposables and can withstand the cleaning regimen. I will tell you, there's nothing going on with my eyes. Cheap materials are cheap materials that make for flimsy contacts. It's just my experience. They're not nearly as good as daily wear. Period. Conversely, if you ever want to give daily wear (permanent) lens a try, I am finding that the gel drops, give it that fresh out of the box, silicone hydrogel feel, without the poorer quality of disposable.
