Vaguely related, every single thread I read has "A copy of further followups will be emailed to this poster" in bold just under the message box. That used to show up only when someone really was wanting to recieve followups, but I see it even in threads I start and I know I haven't checked that box. Actually, if memory serves correctly, the "check here if you would like post replies emailed to you" box used to only show up on the original post and I see that constantly now too. Ghost box? Poor memory? Not sure...

hi babblingbetty, I'm not sure what you mean by checking while offline. To my understanding, you would have to have an active internet connection for Notifier to work. Can you give some more detail? Pam

Sleeper, just to expand on what Tamara has told you (I know some of our KTers have had trouble finding their way around) Hover your cursor over Your Houzz top right, then move it down and click on Edit Profile. You may have to sign in at this point if not already signed in. Advanced settings will be on the left, if you click there you will be at a page where you can uncheck any notification boxes that are now checked, and change the other options to Never. Let us know how you do....

Tamara - thanks, notifications are arriving on my Gmail account (but sometimes there can be "a bit of a lag" before I respond :) Going to switch back to my regular ISP's email and hope they’ll work there as well. If not I'll post again.
