Yes, they are beautiful faucets. You appear to be looking at the Reserve Collection. I am putting The Reserve ( Sancerre collection) in my home. I was originally going to do Rohl but then my plumbing supply saleswomen showed me the Sigma Reserve and I loved them. She said quality wise they are equal or superior to Rohl. Don't know if thats true as I know no one who has them. Rohl didn't have what I wanted for the kitchen exactly. I have them now, in my possession, as we are getting ready to install. Oh my gosh they are beautiful, sturdy, heavy duty, just simply gorgeous. I did everything in chrome and the finish is very nice. As I haven't used them yet this is all I can say about them. My rep talked very highly of them and thats what I went with. Here is a pic of the faucet for baths. I have the same faucet for kitchen also, but it has a sidespray that is heavy duty , not wimpy at all.

We have a very similar store brand faucet that we bought at Ferguson's. I liked the idea of buying a store brand from a retailer that sells high end products. One of the reasons that the price would be lower on a store brand is that there is no advertising budget, just like buying a store brand at Whole Foods or Saks Fifth Avenue. Just a quick update for everyone..... after going to a plumbing warehouse in my area, they indicated there is no way to identify the stem or cartridge without knowing the manufacturer of the faucet as I was told there are 1300 brands out there. As suggested by others including Home Depot, etc, I just purchased a brand new faucet which has the manufacturer label stamped into the faucet which I can reference in the future should I need to replace the stem.

Thanks!! actually I found someone to replace the slats. although very expensive at $400 per chair, I'm assuming that it's fair due to all of the detailing that goes into it. I also saw that the owner has a houzz page Montalbano! :) as far as the tags, there were none. I got this set from a Garden Center here in Chicago called City Escape. Although very nice, the owner is dead set against photos being taken in the store or getting privy information regarding vendors. I recently found out through her that the vendor went out of business but I'll never know because she still did not state the name of the manufacturer. This set was rather expensive at full price but I did manage to get it for a couple of hundred on clearance and end of season. The repairs plus purchase is still about 75% cheaper than the original asking price. Thanks again
