I did and some of the things I got were decent but some weren't that great. I opted out of their emails a while back.

I've bought housewares and home decor from the site. As Texas_Gem said, some were okay and some weren't. Usually, if I see an item I like, I look for reviews for that item on Amazon. I would say that Zulily's tech items are not a good value, but some of their holiday decorations are reasonable. Their customer service is very responsive.

They were purchased last year by Liberty, the owner of QVC, and you will now see some items offered on QVC are also offered on Zulily.

I love them for kids clothes! Got a bedspread from there. Sometimes they can be slow with shipping, but, with some brands you can't beat the price.

I ordered two tops a few years ago. One was back ordered so only received one which was such poor quality that I cancelled the other one. Never ordered from them again

I never really understood the 'Zulily' process until I ordered some cute clothes for the twins. I am accustomed to Amazon where I order something and it arrives in the same week. The Zulily purchases took a month to come in, almost putting me in a panic since the purchases were for birthday gifts. Zulily (I think) is like pre-ordering from an auction and there need to be enough buyers to complete the purchase. I've not ordered anything else from Zulily.

I checked it out once but forcing me to give them an email address just to look as well as the no return policy was a huge turn off for me. What are they doing with all the email addresses they collect? Selling them? And how can they expect people to spend money on something that's basically sight unseen and unreturnable it if they're not happy with it? Seems like theres a large number of people who felt the item they bought wasn't of the quality they thought it should have been.

Lukkiirish, you are able to return some things to zulily. Others cannot be returned, but that doesn't mean you are out the money. You will get credit for those items. And once, an item arrived broken. I was not required to return it and they sent me another of the same item to replace it.
