"Barn-style" sliding hatch door which Haefele hardware?

I am building a 40"x31" hatch door to cover a storage area off my basement. The door will be a barn-style plank door, but there is limited clearance between the top off the hatch door and the ceiling. I am trying to select the sliding hardware.

I am planning to use Haefele track and runners that are designed for pocket doors, attach to the ceiling, and cover with a soffit.

My question - I have used Hawa Junior 80 in the past, but it is pricier than their straightaway 940.55.000.

For the life of me, I can't figure out the difference. Does anyone know their products? I don't need unbelievable, I just want a solid track that will fit in under 2.75" of clearance.
