Are you planning to keep the black screen door? I think it should be removed and you could install an invisible screen if so desired. I like the contemporary look of the door and sidelight pictured and think it would enhance your entry. The ribbed glass would mute the amount of light that comes through.

So for East facing, you can use green or brown colors. If you plan on keeping the rest of your house colors as is, then I would change your door to a brown color. It will help give your house a "pop" of color, update it to modern, but also keep the charm of your green and creme color scheme.

Will replace screen security door with another similar version in black to match windows. Crim safe make a black mesh screen. I do not know of anyone who makes an invisible screen. thanks for your input.
