Yes, if the return address isn't an Amazon one. Easy enough to check, as before.

(I'm not sure why some think every unexpected email is spam, it isn't always the case. Same as with phone calls. For those who receive too many unwanted emails, of no matter what kind, the solution is to change your email address and perhaps even your email sponsor. Google's Gmail seems particularly good at filtering out what isn't wanted)

It is spam.

It's phishing. I see those all the time. Mostly in my junk but some still gets in my inbox. Ignore and delete. If in doubt just log in to Amazon as others have said. Never click on links.

It's a scam...I see several of those a week in my Junk mail. You can read information at this Amazon link regarding the fake emails.

Every valid Amazon email that I get shows details about what I ordered, including a photo.
