What to do with this old covered up window...

Hi all,

We bought our MCM house a couple years ago and have dumped quite a bit of money into the interior and now exterior. The one area we haven't quite "solved" is the side of the house, one that few people see. The main issue is, there's an old window that from the interior, has been drywalled over but you can still see from the exterior. The window is in our master bedroom and honestly, we don't need the light, there's already plenty. The window is so old and crappy looking though from the outside and without a major headache, no way to reasonably remove and blend in the brick wall to hide where it used to be. I need to get creative here on ways to cover this thing or make it look better. Perhaps putting a giant wall mounted trellis for vines to grow on or something similar? Would love to hear anyone's ideas on something working with our styled house. Second picture shows the general style of the back yard, this side door is on the left hand side of the house in the second pic.
