Any idea where to find this fountain?

Anyone have any idea where to buy this fountain? I've searched all over online but it only seems to exist on Pinterest :-( Hoping someone may know where to buy it. Thanks.

Another person asked the same question here and got no response. It was posted nine years ago on this site, and so it may no longer be available.

Here are some other tabletop fountains, but they are not very similar.

Thanks. I kinda figured it was discontinued or maybe even one of a kind but thought I'd check. The way the water flows really appealed to me in a way other fountains never have (and the fact it is resin or faux stone).
