Lemon Tree leaf bleaching

Hello everyone,

I have a Four Seasons lemon tree in my garden. It is experiencing an issue on its leaves which is causing them to bleach (see images).

It seems to only be newer leaves which are affected. The tree has been recovering from an iron deficiency since May - I'm giving it a seaweed+iron 'food' when I water it.

My feeling is that it's probably sunburn since it is affecting newer leaves once they reach full size.

Would you agree? Is there anything else it could be? How can I remedy this?

More info:

- I feed it with Vitax summer (or winter) feed every two weeks or so

- I feed it with Vitax seaweed+iron every other week or so

- I moved it from our sunlounge out side from late may

- I live in South East England

- The tree had a very obvious iron deficiency. Since feeding it iron, the newer leaves are greening up a lot.

- The tree currently has one full size lemon and three smaller green lemons

- Being outside, the tree gets watered by the rain sometimes

Many thanks in advance!
