Wonder who will win HOH tonight. I don't think Paul will be on much longer, I don't mind him so I hope he stays.

Great advice. My father was a plumbing/heating contractor and one thing we DO have are spigots on all 4 sides of the house! But "juice"... another story. We built on a shoestring budget (the place was sheetrocked and we had the 4 required doors when we moved in) and did we include the 10-15% for "landscaping", what do you think? hand in hand, went our naive oversight with respect to electricity. There is a reason building is expensive, there's a reason architects, landscape architects "earn" those fees that are so often the first to be cut in the "budget". Do I "regret" our oversight in that respect? On one hand, YES! it's so much more work to add electricity to a site after the fact, and it costs more. But we moved in for an "easy" mortgage payment that accorded us the luxury of "free time" to do the finish work ourselves. We were debt free in 10 years and while it was galling to deal with our initial oversight, we've had the benefit of watching the hardscape evolve and knowing where and when to concentrate our investment. When we built, we couldn't possibly have afforded "full boat" nor would we have been able to foresee what would be required. BUT, if you are able to afford it... do it NOW.

Hi Sherry, Have you ever tried adding native nitrogen-fixing plants to your rosebeds? I don't know much (like zip!) about Florida natives that fix nitrogen, but I found a few pretty quickly on a Google search--the small partridge pea (annual) and Elliott's milk pea (perennial). Both of these were on the website of the Florida Native Plant Society (link is below). Maybe this wouldn't do a lot, but it might give just a little boost to the soil so your roses could possibly benefit from mini snacks throughout the year. I use a variety of nitrogen-fixers in my garden. Many are California natives, with some non-natives that like the climate here. I have palo verdes (love this tree so I have 3 Parkinsonia 'Desert Museum'), Lotus scoparius (deerweed), Lotus crassifolius otayensis (Otay lotus), pink fairy duster (Calliandra eriophylla), Santa Catalina Island Mountain Mahogany (Cercocarpis traskiae), lots of California lilac (Ceanothus cyaneus, spinosus, tomentosus, 'Snow Flurry', 'Zanzibar', 'Lemon Ice', 'Diamond Heights', 'All Gold'), as well as non natives like white Bauhinia, various clovers, Austrian winter peas, birdsfoot trefoil, etc. Guess I'm just a lazy gardener who would rather not have to add stuff to the garden if the plants can do my work for me.;) My plants are lucky to get a little fish emulsion--although a small number get a mild powdered organic fertilizer occasionally. Many plants I feed nothing. Don't know how successful this would be in a much different climate/soil. Here I have mostly sandy loam, with some strips of the garden being clay or sand. Both the soil and water are alkaline and rainfall is low. The only problem being that the city water is high in boron with varying effects on plants. If anyone has ever had an eye exam the drops they put into your eyes contain the tropane alkaloid Scopolamine. Scopolamine is one of the alkaloids contained in many of the Solanaceous plants including Brugmansia. The dilation of the pupil is not dangerous as long as you protect your eyes from bright light until the pupil is able to constrict again. Scopolamine is also used extensivly to treat motion sickness and is often applied using a dermal patch. Brugmansias are no doubt toxic but unless you have an allergy or you ingest part of your plant you will be fine. Remember these plants have been used in a ritual atmosphere in several South American countries for hundreds of years where they ingest a concoction of the flowers or leaves accompanied with other alkaloid rich plants. Of course this is a very serious undertaking and could be life threatening but I think it is important that the general public knows that these plants are not as dangerous as everyone says they are if you treat them with respect, just don't eat them and you will be fine. Children because of their size are obviously more sensitive so it is always a good idea to keep an eye on them and teach them not to put anything in their mouth unless it came from mom or dad or the refrigerator. That was the stupidest comp ever in the history of the game. What they didn't show was that they nearly were not able to do it because they could not get it started. They were dropping them seconds after starting. They had to try different ways to do it so they could last longer. Really big brother needs to be finding better comps. They are not interesting. The garbage and cement were just wrong.

Another thing that is not on the shows is that Elana is a ho! Lol seriously she is in a showmance with Mark but every chance she gets she is all over Paul! She lays all over him and rubs him all over. She runs her hands up and down his body. Kevin called it playing grab a$$ lol. In front of everyone. At one point she was on one side side of Paul and Raven was on the other and both of them were petting him, it's like he is their pet. I can tell a lot of times Paul is uncomfortable and moves. I think Elana wants some of that lol.

I won't give away anything important no spoilers but y'all need to know what she is doing to poor Paul lol.

I was watching BBAD last night and Christmas was rubbing all over Paul. I just don't get all this caressing. Alana is also not shy with showing her body. On BBAD they have had to put an owl on the screen because she is lifting up her shirt several times. The other night she even took off her pants, with thong underwear on, talked about her below average butt, finally put new pants on.

I am still trying to figure out who voted for Jessica for America's Choice...befuddles me.

me too! I of course don't vote but that really surprised me. I thought it would be either Raven because of her medical condition or Kevin because he is so nice and funny. I watched some of his daughters you tube channel last night. He has some pretty girls. So nice to see kids and dad so proud of each other and showing so much love.

I can't figure out what my feelings for BB are this season. The only one I like at all is Kevin. Besides Kevin I couldn't begin to say who I would like to see win. Yet I dont want to miss a night watching. I keep thinking its going to turn, but it doesnt. I wonder if much of America is feeling the same way. When Cody made it back into the house, I wasn't disappointed. Not that I like him, for sure. But maybe it will be a turning point and something exciting (not just fighting) will happen. BTW, does Codys eyes look really weird to anyone else?

In his last season Paul grew on me a little but maybe I've had my fill of him.

In the previous post, some were feeling that Cody's return to the house was rigged. I for one feel that Paul getting the Pendant of Protection was rigged. I'm actually surprised no one else has suggested it.

I've only watched a little of the BBAD. Yep, I'm creeped out with Christmas rubbing all over Paul. I haven't seen the others. Is this the worse season for people pairing off?

Ravencajun, are you watching BBAD or do you have the live streaming? With the garbage and cement, they were physically nudging the contestants when they were dropping the junk on them. I don't think that was too fair. And the spray paint was stupid.

I record BBAD. Fast forward through a lot of boring stuff.

I didn't think that about Paul getting the first temptation. He was the only person America knew at that time and he is very popular from last season. He has a lot of followers who were probably all voting. The other new people had no followers. Kevin said that on BBAD he was not surprised Paul got the first temptation because he has such a following. The one that I find suspicious is Jessica getting the last one. It put a lot of power in their hands and I think they knew that Cody was coming back in.

I think Josh has totally lost his mind. I am afraid production is going to kill him and hide his body lol. He spent the whole episode of BBAD in the blue couch room talking to the cameras and crying and ranting and just going nuts. I feel sorry for the production team that has to watch that.

Yes I definitely saw Alana's bare butt it was disgusting. She is always showing her boobs. She wears those cut off shirts with no bra and they hang out the bottom gross. I guess she thinks everyone wants to see that.

I think it is interesting that production has these strange rules for them. Like they can't have cranberry juice after 11 o'clock, and they shout out No Napping if anyone is falling asleep. Dom stayed in bed the majority of the time. And they rarely let them go outside this season. Jessica tried to take a chair from inside to the backyard to sit and watch the pool game, they said no chairs were allowed outside. Some of the rules are just weird.

Yes Cody's eyes do look weird. I wonder if he wears contacts? They look irritated.
