AWWWdorable!!!!!! Is Milo cross-eyed or is that his surprised expression? Regardless, they are cute. Thanks for sharing.

Aren't they cute! I love the expression on Milo's face.

Yes Irma, little Milo is cross-eyed, but it doesn't interfere with his ability to see. From what I've researched it is quite common in Siamese cats and happens in other cats too. I don't know if these two have "any" Siamese in them or not. Milo has a lot of gray in his fur. The vet said he is going to be a beautiful cat and called him a Black/Slate or Black/Smoke. On their health records they are just listed as domestic short hairs. Their personalities are quite different. Milo is the lovey one, Meeko is more independent and the "spokesman" who cries to let us know that they both want fed.

They're adorable.

Linda, If it is possible, I think the cross eyes make him even cuter!

I think Milo's crossed eyes make him cute too, Irma. I love them both, but he is my cuddly little lap cat....such a momma's baby. Meeko will let you love on him only when "he" wants loved.

They are sooooo cute! Enjoy every minute of them.

Just adorable! I used to raise and breed black Siamese Oriental cats! The litters would be a mix of the various colors of the Siamese. My vet was always excited to see what variety we would have. They are all beautiful. I hated to let them go but they were all happy homes. I got out of it because I wanted to keep all of my babies lol.

Your kitties are cuties.

They sure are cute.

They are gorgeous!! Lucky you, and lucky cats.

Sooooo cute!

Super gorgeous!

Hello Meeko & Milo! We rescued two black twin sisters as well, Tessie who is like Milo as far as giving you affection and Tootsie who loves to be right on top of you when you finally sit down at the end of the day.

Cats Rule :)

Love black kitties!

Very, very cute.

I call my two "the boys". "Where are my boys?" and they come running.

They are so sweet. Love their names too.

Love those kitties!

I knew you would, Sabbath, since we both love black cats.

:)

Darling little boys....I have a little black cat, too. His name is Paco after a Guatemalan band I think is fun (Paco Gatsby). He was a brown color when he adopted us as a tiny little guy. With a few months of living inside with us, having plenty of healthy food and love, he gained inches and pounds and a luxurious black coat. Who knew?

I call him Mr. Man when he's full of himself.

They do have that Siamese look. I did not know that there were black Siamese cats.

sheilajoyce, we weren't told that they have any Siamese in them, but who knows. The vet thinks they might.

Rhizo, do you have a picture to post of your Paco?

Adorable!!

Those brothers are adorable!

They are really sweet boys!

Thanks everyone. We sure do love these two babies. Can't get much done when you have a kitten in your lap all of the time. LOL

Very cute.

Many, many years ago, while I was adopting a black kitten from a rescue group, the volunteer mentioned that the black ones were harder to adopt out. Thankfully, that doesn't appear to be the case any longer. I was told that all black cats have some Siamese in their DNA.

Meeko and Milo are beautiful and it's obvious they bring you much joy.

They are beautiful....I love those little faces.

Hi, Meeko & Milo-you sure are cute!

Absolutely adorable! We have a one year old black male named Yuki (we thought he was a female when we named him lol not the first time we've done that either lol) He has a little gray patch on his chest. We say he's now a little man and that's his chest hair haha He's such a little boy and love toys and playing with our dachshund Winston. He also likes to lay on the couch with us or on us for a nap. And when he lays on the floor he stretches out his legs behind him like a dog :D

Ya know...you will be required to post quarterly pictures for the next 12 months; and then once annually. You started this, you have to continue.

Your babies are both Siamese cats, google black Siamese cats and you'll see pics. I copied and pasted this short explanation.black Siamese cat

Yayagal...I'm off to go googling.

Jim I will do my best to post updates as the two babies of ours grow. Keeping them both out of my plate for breakfast this morning was quite a challenge. LOL

Hareball, please post a picture of you cat Yuki. Cute name.

Summer, that is interesting...I've never heard that black cats have some Siamese DNA in them.

lindaohnowga here's a picture that describes eating with a cat around perfectly lol

Hareball.....the graphic is so funny, but so true. Your Yuki as a kitten looks just like our Milo.....so fuzzy, minus the crossed eyes and white spot on the chest and our Milo has the gray on the back of his legs, underside of tail and belly. Yuki is a beautiful full grown cat. Thanks so much for letting me see him and please give him lots of loving for me. Our kittens won't have the bushy tails.

Thank you so much and I will definitely give him extra love for you. :) We call him our mullet kitty cos he looks like a short hair on top but has bushy legs (we call them hammer pants lol) and a bushy tail. :D

I have a soft spot for black cats. I've had quite a few and they are all so different. I know your babies ended up in a good home. :)

Hareball, we've had several all black cats. Spooky was our first one and he didn't know he was a cat. He thought he was just a baby boy and was draped over my lap no matter where I was. I know he will be the first cat to meet me in heaven. Then we had Arby, Crankshaft, Tarzani and Tater Tot. All were males and I think the male cats have the best personalities, although I've loved all of our female cats too. Is your screen name related to having cats?

I've had several black cats too. Puff, Neptune, Jarpi, and Yuki. (there may have been more not sure) The first 2 were females. I don't remember Puff because I was very young when we had her. Neptune was another cat we guessed the wrong gender on lol She had quite the attitude but was hilarious. I had a voice for her. But then again I have voices for all of my pets lo :) Most male cats are very laid back. Hare is my maiden name. I love all animals but I have a special place in my heart for kitties :)

We must be related, Hareball, as I have "voices" for my animals too, and even for a little stuffed bull that we have. I figure that comes from the teacher in me, when I would read to my students and have "voices" for the various characters in the stories. My students loved that.

We might be! :D My explanation is that I'm a crazy animal lady and a weirdo haha! :D Not only do I have voices for them but some of them I even have back stories for their lives. One of my cats was in a boy band that is on hiatus. He is also a member of the polite police and is a food tester. He insists on tasting the food I prepare for all of them before it's served "just in case" ;) lol Yuki's mom has a crush on our cat Rupert who has a british accent. He's not ready to settle down with someone who has a kid. But she follows him around like a lovesick puppy. It's adorable. :) I know I sound a little off my rocker but it's what makes life fun. :)

Speckles, Yuki & Rupert

Hareball, they are all adorable. It's fine to be crazy and weird. We have more fun that way. My life's motto is "Have fun, be nuts, what did sanity ever do for you?"
