It shouldn't be a big deal, but you would have to first remove the old vanity and then open up the wall and do some re-plumbing. You would cap off one drain and one set of hot and cold pipes in the wall. Then you would need to route the other drain and set of hot and cold pipes laterally within the stud space so they would be in the center; this might require notching out one stud, depending on where things are located. Which set of pipes you would choose to cap off might depend on where things were in the wall in relation to the studs: it's possible that one side might be easier to re-route to the center than the other, or one side might be a shorter run to the drain. It's hard to say before you open the wall, but that's the general idea. Once you re-did the plumbing and repaired the sheet rock, you would be ready to install the new vanity. Oh, and if you don't have shutoff valves under the sinks, use this as an opportunity to install a set on the pair of supply lines you will be using. Hope that helps. Did you ever adjust your drawers to your satisfaction? I have just assembled my second 4 drawer 48" wide Ikea Godmorgon sink cabinet. I can identify two of the three mechanisms for adjusting the drawer fronts, but the one I can't identify is the one I need to adjust. The picture has an arrow pointing to under the front right of the drawer but nothing I can see on the glide looks remotely like the zoomed in illustration - I can't even identify the mechanism. The first cabinet (same cabinet, different exterior color/finish) I assembled (15 months ago) went together with the drawers aligned nearly perfectly - well enough to use without adjustment, but this second cabinet definitely requires tweaking. The cabinet/sink is mounted on the wall already and everything is plumb/level. I rarely have problems with alignment when assembling Ikea products, especially the better products - I assembled an entire kitchen's worth of cabinets 12 year ago and several other rooms of Ikea furniture, as well as Ikea furniture for friends and family), so this is really frustrating me.

Hi AMS! You're getting brave and creative;) If you stay with IKEA for this, I'd hack a 24" base for MW with drawer. It comes with a shelf, the Forbattra cover strip and fasteners that you'll need to use as horizontal filler piece. Not sure which model FP dishdrawer you want, but I'd do the tall height which requires a cavity of 18"H x 23 5/8W x 22 1/16"D. I would mount it at the top with one 10" drawer at the bottom (add an inner drawer if you want). This makes the installation hack easier and no worries about water ruining the drawer base and front. Your 36" cab to the left of the sink will give you plenty of room in the top drawer for cutlery and more. And you have the drawers by the range for cooking utensils. I'd put your wraps and tupperware in the bottom drawers below the DW. Now the hack: I would cut the two sides to meet the cutout requirements, leaving the back and 1 15/16" of the back sides intact. The filler would be cut and attached between the opening and the drawer (18" dishdrawer + 2" filler + 10" drawer = 30"). If you try it this way you can still mount the cab to the rail and to the sink cabinet and 12" pullout cabinet. I would add a Fixa countertop support fixture on each of those two cabinets to make up for the missing cabinet sides. Of course, you could still do a 5" above and below, but it will be a more complex install and I'd plan to get extra drawer fronts and bottoms. I would apply the moisture tape to the bottom of the top drawer too. You could apply the same installation hack as above but swapping the bottom drawer for a low maximera with 5" front and adding the 5" at the top. You'd still have 2" of filler. Hope this makes sense! sorry it took so long to post a reply. After hours of searching we did land on this sink: https://www.build.com/nameeks-3004/s1259504?uid=3011533 Happy to report that it fits over the Godmorgon well and uses the regular pipes required by our co-op. While pricey, we ended up loving the quality and it was the only sink to fit the vanity (it was already installed by the time we realized the Odesvik wouldn't work for our building requirements). So we went with it! The only downside is the shelves needed to be cut just a bit (top and bottom) to accommodate for piping. But we still have a lot of storage underneath. Hope this helps!
