I don't know what plant it is, but I'm going to take a guess and say that it is etiolated and needs quite a bit more sun. That's probably why it has grown so quickly. Wait for others to respond who may be able to provide more helpful information.

It really looks like a sedum spurium to me. I should clarify why, the design on the edge of the leafs along with their shape and they are coupled togeter. The red stem and the size of the plant. It could be stretching. I did buy one where the leafs were far apart like yours.

Also, your soil looks very peaty, what is it?

where did you buy it, It looks just like some sedum I grow. Don't know the name at the moment. Will look into it. It is a little etiolated, but not terrible. You can take the long stems and lay them on their side and make new plants in a location with a bit stronger light.

It is positively a kalanchoe. Maybe longiflora. I wouldn't worry about etoliation, kalanchoes don't form the tight rosettes that echeverias do. Kalanchoes prefer bright, indirect light and more hummus rich soil. I would repot to one size larger, use 2 parts potting mix and 1 part perlite or pumice. Repotting multi stemmed plants only seems scary, once you have her out of the dirt it's easy. Utilize YouTube, there are some fantastic gardeners that will walk you through the process step by step. And I would keep the babies in the pot. Kalanchoes produce babies on the end of their leaves that readily grow just about anywhere. These guys are easier to remove than the rooted ones in the pot. I say it looks like you're taking great care of her and you seem very aware of her changes, so just keep up the good work. Thank you very much for all the comments, I already repotted but I'm going to move it slowly to the sun, would that help with the elasticity? I dont want her or him to keep falling although I have her/him holded. Im gonna try to get a new photo so you can see the babies and maybe give me some advices, thankyou alot

If my plant, I would behead it - at least the longest stem (I would actually shorten all of them); pot up the cutting, leaving the original stem with roots in the pot. Many kalanchoes grow quite tall, and if in containers, end up falling as yours does. There is nothing really to worry about - plant will survive it and most likely look better. I would rather have nice, full container than a plant with few flopping stems.
