Your screen door is very smart looking. There are a lot of doodads out front: the flower on the door, the big pot of plants, the flag. If you get a new color on the door that you love, I wonder if there will be less doodads and decoration. :~D I can think of one color for the door. It's a red, but it is a very warm red. "Warm" red is a big clue that it is an orange-y-er red. I know you don't want "orange" but the bricks are going to dictate to a great extent the color choices. Also, you don't want the door color to blend any more, like the current color. So, to get that punch you're likely lookin' at some flavor of red. Ben Moore's Caliente would be the first chip/sample I'd check out. Another idea to play with is something like a mid-value golden yellow. Again, due to the brick you'll have to get the *right* golden yellow, but it is another color option that will pop and not blend.

Remove the shutters they actually detract form the windows the house is such a mish mash of styles i would keep the front door a simple one painted the same as the house that entry has so much going on no need for anything else.IMO the front porch is all wrong for the house and I would remove it and replace the doors with a large window to make it look like it was never a porch.Sorry but the architect that designed this house should get another job.

We need to choose wall to wall carpet for condo about 1,500 ft. We have an off white mid century couch that has shades of grey and beige, 2 black Rosewood Eames Chairs and 2 white/silver based small mid century round tables and a walnut colored midcentury round dining table with 4 matching chairs that have a royal blue cloth seat. You don't want to hear it, but you need to paint the garage doors the same color as the body of the house. That dark brown door is dominating whatever decision you make. It looms over everything else. Find a color that is close to the color of the brick. Paint everything with that color, including the garage door. Of the three colors illustrated, I like the top color. It's pretty close to the brick color. When you change the front door out, you can paint or stain it another color. Use as few colors as possible. This is not a painted lady Victorian. Three colors are the maximum and the brick counts as a color.
