Package "deals" short you in functionality. If you never cook, you won't likely care. If you actually do cook, scuttle the package and go best in class for each function. I wouldn't do Dacor for anything. Not if I expected any type of support from a existing company. They are not long for this world.

I REALLY appreciate it. <3 Yes, I could check an owner's manual and would not needed to ask on Houzz...but I was asking before making the purchase...which means I don't have one to check! LOL At this stage, I was just scoping things out to make sure it's EVEN POSSIBLE to fit in all the elements of a Kitchenette that I'm hoping for, given my small space challenge... BEFORE buying the appliances. :) To the point I was reminded of...having clearance for the fridge doors to open all the way...I'm elated to find online that there are brands of 24" refrigerator-freezers that come "panel ready." This means the fridge can be integrated into my space and it will look just like it is more cabinetry. That really pleases me, because seeing a fridge in a bedroom--albeit a Master Bedroom--isn't pleasing to the eye. But, even more important is that integrated fridges have special hinges that let doors open fully and the fridge doesn't have to extend out past the cabinets or walls on each side in order to open the doors all the way...so that the drawers can be pulled out. Also, going the integrated route means I won't need a cabinet "box" and an allowance for the fridge to breathe. The necessary vents are built in. But, I was close to thinking I was reaching for too much, given the small space. Yet. I dared to dream and your comments kept me going when I was beginning to think it perhaps was not possible to have it all in my Kitchenette. I had been thinking that there weren't any brands making integrated 24 inch wide refrigerator-freezer appliances. I'm so grateful I stumbled upon one in my online search...which opened up a whole new search for my Kitchenette's fridge. Thanks a bunch you guys for helping me to know that I DO have enough space for all the elements a kitchen/Kitchenette should have. This kitchenette is going into what was originally the walk-in Master Closet. If an "apartment-sized refrigerator" wasn't going to fit on THAT ONE WALL, I was seriously going to have to rethink the oven or the dishwasher situation. We have more on hand than we have ever had pre-covid. Three cheddars waxed with Sept dates. Three/4 in small food saver packages we cold smoked last thanksgiving. A big pecorino wheel waxed. Motz, goat, 3 different fetas. (had six a month ago). Had the igourmet blue collection then a wheel of gorgonzola enjoyed, then froze some in 1/4 pints. That was 3.5 pounds. Wholesale delivery. Always had Costco basics. Then random 1/4 pound cheese monger treats of the rare good stuff every month or so.. Just not doing that type of shopping now. I even expected to be making my own by now but had trouble getting the milk I like. I can get it now locally but we are so stocked in cheese....maybe next month. The wholesaler has now paired up with a well know NYC cheese monger so next order I can get smaller cuts. I need a good blue. Or two. This was eye opening. Did not know it is technically a cheese. They use rennet. So good. like a greek yogurt/cream cheese hybrid. I had to purchase a full case of 12. Then found a recipe...HERE Looking forward to making this style yogurt.

Sorry. CSO is commonly used for combi-steam oven here. Most often when referring to the Miele units. Those owners get a lot of use out of the XXL models and don't use the larger oven much day-to-day. Your unit would be similar, most likely. The Gaggenau CSO cannot be installed with another cooking appliance over it according to the install instructions. When planning it couldn't go under the cooktop, should that idea come up. Also consider a cold-water source like a frig icemaker supply is preferred for the oven over a reservoir version. A galley kitchen can add function by increasing the depth of the counter against walls to 28-30 inches deep. It adds valuable work zone space. As you work on design consider task lighting for your work zones. Led can lights 6 inches in from the edge of the counter to avoid shadowing. Lumens at the counter should be a minimum of 450. Two offset fixtures to light one work zone further reduces shadowing. DMF is one recessed lighting source.
