What is your question? Your link takes us to a webpage but I don't know what you're trying to identify.

The sun is not very strong nor very high here and I think the mint would be OK going straight out. Although we have to harden seedlings off it is to toughen them against the wind and cold rather than intense sun. I had never thought about this until I started visiting these Forums when I realised that in some places plants have to be hardened off against the sun. Watering is not a question of regular timing but of taking your cue from the plant. Check the soil at depth. feel how heavy the pot is. Watch the leaves for loss of turgidity. The problem with putting it in the window is that it will get a lot of light but will also get a lot of intense heat. If it really has to stay inside you'll have to find a compromise position for it. It needs the light but it doesn't need the heat.

foliage

I have thought about akebia several times. The first time I encountered the smell, I couldn't find the blooms. It was in the shade so it was hard to see the chocolate blooms. Then I saw the off-white bloom in full sun which is more visible....and it does have interesting foliage. For the first few years, it seems to stay reasonable well within bounds.....but I have a friend whose shade garden is full of it at least 50' or more from where it was started originally. It is growing under the porch and house and up trees. She has the chocolate bloom. The white one at UT gardens doesn't seem to have strayed that far yet. Amazondoc: how severe does the winter have to be to damage your confederate jasmine?...or does it always kill it back to the roots? I've wintered mine inside since it was labeled zone 8. Now I wish I had tried it in the ground.
