I think I have daylily aphids - what should I use on them?

Hi,
This season many of my daylilies just don't look right. They are not growing well, and look limp and yellowing - almost reminds me of fall when they are done and starting to brown. The sad part is, this is taking place before they usually bloom and unfortunately I don't see any buds emerging. These are some of my favorite daylily varieties that we have too. The usual, smaller yellow variety seem fine. If I part the leaves of the ones that seem to be affected though, deep down in the plant it looks like webs and white bugs. I seem to recall having encountered this before on just a few plants, and if I remember correctly I think I sprayed them with liquid sevin. I don't want to lose them if at all possible.
Any suggestions? For one thing, we had lots of damp, dreary, rainy weather so far this spring - almost the entire month of May. Could that have contributed to this problem?

Thanks,

Keith
