Help Identify Tree: picea abies pendula or picea glauca pendula?

Rick TheMan

I received this tree as a gift. It's been in the ground
for about 3+ years, currently has a single stalk, and is about 4 feet
tall. At the time of planting, it had a second, equal size stalk that
grew horizontally, about 6 inches above the base of the trunk, but it
did not survive transplant.

I believe the tree is a picea abies pendula due to it's new, orange
colored growth, and needles that wrap around the stalk, but its
non-staked vertical growth has me wondering if it's really a picea
glauca pendula. Or something else? Ultimately just wondering how tall this bad boy is gonna get.

Welcome any and all input.
