Comments (12)I haven't posted here lately because I've been dealing with Duplex that we bought not too long ago. One of the renters moved out, and we started fixing it up to re-rent, and decided to replace the vinyl sheet flooring. However upon pulling it up we discovered that the plumbing had been leaking for some time, and the floor and the sub-floor were de-laminated and needed to be removed. The wild phlox are stunning this year, and blooming early actually. I guess the proper name is Dame's Rocket, but I've always known them as wild phlox.
