Should I not allow new peach and nectarine trees to fruit? ?

Hello all

I have a peach tree and two nectarine trees that are about 4 feet tall. I had them in a poor location last year, so I transplanted them a couple of months ago to a better spot. They are flushing out and looking very good and have quite a few small fruits developing now. Should I pick them all off? Or can I at least leave one or two so I can see how the fruit tastes ( maybe it's horrible and not worth my precious garden space LOL)?

As a point of reference, I have a similar Peachtree on his third year now, and it's extremely large and it's first crop last year gave me 60 good peaches. I'm not sure if it didn't flower the first year or I picked all the flowers off.
