I had the opposite problem a few days ago. My posts didn't show up and the thread didn't move up. Tried several times, but on two different threads, my posts didn't show. After an hour or so, I reposted on one of them, then both posts showed on the thread. I deleted the newest one, which actually deleted both, so I gave up.

I was hoping they had all the gremlins rounded up and moved out but apparently they missed a few! It has been very strange lately. Yesterday I was trying to reply but there was no submit button for me to push. I did not realize it till I had written the whole reply of course. I copied it and eventually the submit button reappeared.

I had the same thing happen last week. The second time I tried to post I just left both posts alone and the duplicate eventually vanished. Not sure if it was ever in Hot Topics. I avoid that place like the plague. Others have had similar issues while posting.
