Then, do you have anyplace suitable to plant it? Do you have to water to keep grass alive or is your yard a wet soupy mess filled with willows and bald cypress?

Araucaria heterophyllus (Norfolk Island Pine..., NOT a pine though). It is burning from the sun. Keep it more shaded until it acclimates. Not cold hardy either unless you are in the subtropics.

I see stucco house and plastic flamingo, so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you're living in the south, likely Florida
