I have another question

So this is the first time we have ever had a birdhouse and I just recently started studying bluebirds and what they need. The house that our blue birds build a nest in and have babies in now is a little bit too deep I think. I'm worried that the babies will not be able to get out when it's time because of some information I read in different places. Could I add/put something in the nest now to make like a ramp to the hole or slide a piece of wood in that has the ridges on it for the babies the climb out or something? Or should I just leave it alone and wait and see? Thanks in advance for any info or advice.
