Need help to rid of pests in raised bed soil

I haven't used my raised vegetable beds in the past year and they have become infested with millepedes, centipedes, some grubs & beetles, lots of roly poly bugs and some red ants (as we don't use lawn care in the back yard). The soil does have plenty of healthy earthworms too and the soil looks pretty good, black and rich. Just want to reduce the pests in a natural / organic way so I can start planting. Any tips? I heard corn meal gets the grubs to reduce. Should I mix it in the soil? Thanks
