Lemon Garlic Rosemary Chicken

Hi everyone,

I have these boneless skinless chicken breasts from Schwan's (frozen-I thawed them last night in the fridge) marinating in the fridge since I offered to make lunch for the theatre workday tomorrow. The marinade was simple to whip up, and I got to use a garlic press for the first time in my life :).


I know it looks like a lot of marinade, but the holes I made in the breasts will soak some of it up. I will be baking these (375 for 20-25 minutes). They will be served with some kind of potatoes and a salad. Going to put my new salad spinner to use!

Here's the recipe for the marinade I used. I used dried Italian Seasoning in place for the thyme (since it has thyme in it), fresh rosemary, fresh lemon juice, fresh garlic cloves, lemon pepper seasoning in place of the lemon zest, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and salt and pepper. Smells amazing! Hope it turns out well tomorrow!
