Calathea Help

Hello,

I have a few Calathea plants and they don't seem to be doing well. The newest one I got already has the leaves underneath shriveled and they died. I was told indirect light, and to water well, but to then let the top soil dry out to about the second knuckle before watering again.

I have perlite and good soil. I have a humidifier in the room with them. I have several other plants in the room with them, and those are doing fine. The top one is the newest and the baby leaves underneath dry up when I repotted and watered.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
