Comments (5)It certainly looks very similar to - Centranthus ruber 'Albus'. Although it looks slightly atypical to me. The leaves seem a little narrow and twisted, the flower heads seem rather flat and the plant is rather low. Maybe just regional variation....See MoreNeed help identifying flower
