For those of you with breathing issues . . .

Dr. Richard Horowitz, a well-known authority on Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses, recently gave a talk in the UK in which he "couldn't say enough good about broccoli seed extract," according to someone who took notes on the talk. I just bought his latest book:

How Can I Get Better?

and sure enough, he mentions broccoli seed extract and its main ingredient, sulforaphane, several times. I haven't read the book yet, but I looked up this supplement and noticed reports of its effectiveness against COPD, asthma, and other breathing problems. In several of these cases, the actual substance tested was broccoli sprout (not seed) extract. I don't know the difference between the two supplements, but I thought I'd pass this information on to you in case someone finds it useful.
