Comments (2):o( Had to leave the pool VERY VERY QUICKLY as electricity went out, fan stopped working and bubble was starting to come down. :o( Lifeguard blew the whistle and said EVERYONE GET OUT OF THE POOL NOW! Comments (9)The bike Mel rides is actually harder to do! Pushing forward without having gravity on your side as you do in regular biking. Kudos! Moni, you look fit and professional as always. I have been having trouble with my foot for 6 months. Nothing can be done, just have to wait for it to heal. In the meantime, I still go to my weight training classes, I just modify when my foot comes in to play. It has been raining lately, so no walks with the dog! Comments (12)I did nothing today! Walked two miles on Sunday and Monday. Hopefully the rain will subside and I can walk outside, otherwise I will head to the gym tomorrow and walk on the treadmill. In a few days I am going to start working out at the gym again! I'm really looking forward to it and hopefully none of this Piriformis/Sciatica pain will return!...See MoreOklaMoni
