Three days only this week, due to rain, but will get up for an 8:30 class in the morning.

I have pneumonia so it will be a while.

Our Community center is closed this week for yearly cleaning and maintenance :(

No gym or pool until Tuesday.

Where do you live? I have a gold brugmansia that was sold as a red, but it's pretty any way! Have cuttings started for a blue butterfly bush, bleeding heart vine, duranta (white, dark purple, lavender) and we'll see what propogates before our spring plant swap in San Antonio.

For those on an iPad, you can also take a screen capture, or picture of what is currently displaying in your screen, by pressing the Home and Power buttons briefly at the same time. You will hear a sound like a camera taking a picture, and your screen image will appear in your Photos.

I won't even admit how many exercise DVDs I've tried. My very favorite is Karen Voigt and, in fact, I just bought her Ballet BodySculpt DVD http://www.amazon.com/Ballet-BodySculpt-Karen-Voight/dp/B00466G5XA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1342028935&sr=8-1&keywords=ballet+sculpt+voight and I love it. I was worried it would be too easy, but it was a good workout. I have most of her other DVDs also. I also like The Method All in One http://www.amazon.com/Method-Pilates-All-One-Workout/dp/B000067J06/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1342029138&sr=1-1&keywords=The+Method+All+in+One, altho some people think it's too complicated. Sometimes, tho, I think that's better than multiple boring reps. I also recently bought Supreme 90 day http://www.amazon.com/Supreme-Day-System-Cal-Pozo/dp/B004S2YN5O/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1342029208&sr=1-1&keywords=supreme+90+day+10-dvd+set+workout for the Tabata workout, but you get 10 DVDs for $20. I also love Yoga DVDs. The reviews on Amazon really help me decide if a DVD is something I'd like.

DH and I each do at least 20 minutes on the Wii Fit almost every morning. We've each earned our 'Gold Pig' -- the piggy bank of exercise minutes. I do aerobic stepping, short runs, the obstacle courses and the 'chicken flights' (not sure of the name of that one). Now that the weather is better, we can get outdoors more. I'll walk. He'll bike and stroll with our Westie.

I started walking with the puppy during the daytime last week. I only get a mile or two in because he gets tired and then I have to carry him. We try to get the kids out for either a walk or bike ride at night.

Since the weather has been nicer, I hid most of the video games last week and kicked the kids out of the house. They went out front and sat on the porch swing. It is too pretty for them to be couch potatoes inside. My 8 yo snuck the tv back on so I think that will be the next to go. We have had a few kids move into the neighborhood this summer so they've been playing outside more.

I didn't go for my morning walk with the dogs this morning, too tired. Get up about 4:30 to take the pup out to do her business, she doesn't want to wait:( Then I go back to bed and usually get back up around 7 and take the dogs for a walk. Or rather the pup takes me for a walk:)

I did go this evening though and added a little more distance so it was about a mile and quarter. Wish I had more stamina and less poundage and could make it further before tiring out.

I got in a good hours workout at the gym. I feel so good afterwards. I try to go 6 days a week.

Started walking at the park a couple of weeks ago. Am able to do two miles in 30 minutes now. (Have had a desk job for 30 years) Walking everyday. Can''t say that I'm enjoying it yet. Maybe that will come later.

Walked the dogs two miles and then went to the gym and did two more on the treadmill and lifted some weights.

Good week for me - 40 mins on my Airdyne exercise bike twice and 90 mins of tennis twice. Of couse it helps that I'm on vacation from work this week. I still try to get in exercise 4-5x a week but sometimes long days at the office cut into my plans.
