Best type of paint for kitchen cabinets: acrylic, oil, or lacquer?

We just received three bids to paint our golden oak kitchen cabinets white. Interestingly, all three painters recommended different paint types. One swears by PPG Breakthrough waterborne acrylic, one uses Sherwin Williams Pro Classic oil, and the third uses a Sherwin Williams lacquer. My fears with oil is that it will yellow, and I've read that lacquer may chip. I've also read that Sherwin Williams is considered by some to be the gold standard of brands. I'm not sure about Breakthrough, although i've read some good things. I thought it would be straightforward to compare bids, but the differences make it more challenging. I appreciate any advice on paint type. We use our kitchen a lot, so I need something that will stand up to use without chipping or yellowing.
