Restaurant pricing and order sizes

Does anyone here sell directly to restaurants? I just secured my first restaurant client and he wants a product sheet and prices, and is okay with a "small batch." I have no idea what is considered a small batch for a restaurant, and what type of pricing to use. It can't be retail pricing like the Farmer's Market, but not sure what wholesale prices are for my crops. I've decided to add restaurant clients in addition to Farmer's market because there are not enough local growers here supplying the restaurants and it would be a steady income with flexibility unlike the Farmer's Market. I'm slightly afraid I won't be able to keep up with the demand as I'm on a micro urban farm.
