Second attempt submitting a post. Marquest, Wow, you weren't kidding when you said Petunia seeds germinated..Your 'denia plant is filled with beautiful, purple Petunias. One year, Petunia seeds dropped in my citrus. The seeds germinated in winter, but nowhere as nice as yours. Or filled as yours. Mine had three pink blooms. Do you add dry or fresh fir needles in your plants? Where is the Gardenia trunk??? PM, The Fragrant Forum has a ton of information on hardy and tropical Gardenias. Some threads are passion-packed...when a member is having problems with their 'denias. PM, don't get me wrong, I love computers. Electronics in general..Example, light bulbs. :) But, I feel our society is too dependant on the net. As a child we 'walked' to the library. I do admit researching online is much easier than dressing, walking, then sorting through a zillion books to find information on one particular subject. So, guess I'm a little old-fashioned. lol I love reading, but refuse to get Kindle. Amazon emails weekly, reminding me this electronic device exists. My dh makes fun when another email comes in. Especially since I spend so much time online. Guess I'm a hypocrate...lol Logee's! In the mid-90's, I ordered from Logee's religiously. Back then, plants were shipped in 4" pots, well-rooted, and shipping wasn't all that much, though it was higher than other nurseries. Problem was, I didn't know of other nurseries. Don't know if Logee's sold my name, but I started getting catalogs from other nurseries. Two of my favorites were Stokes Tropicals and Mellinger's. Nowadays, you'd have to get a loan to order from Stoke's, and Mellinger's went out of business, in the early 2000's. Back to Logee's. In early 2000's, they changed. Plants were shipped in 2"-2.5" pots, barely rooted. Shipping outrageous. Via one order I bought a citrus. If you ever saw a photo of Logee's citrus, you'd be placing an order. What arrived was a 3" stick. Oh, crap happens. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A couple orders later, plants were arriving in awful condition. I finally phoned. Customer Service Reps are very nice and helpful. They sent a replacement plant which arrived large, well-rooted. Why didn't they send a plant that nice in the first place? After another order or two, I said, heck with this nursery. Their over-priced plants aren't worth it. I can get the same plant on Ebay or most online stores, for half the price, and much larger in size. I will admit. I ordered a Thanksgiving Cactus, 'Aspen,' that's impossible to locate. A seller on Ebay sold Aspen cuttings. He made a small fortune. One buyer paid $94 and change plus shipping. So, I ordered the TC and a Begonia from Logee's. My bill was over 30.00. Anyway, that's the Logee's story. lol You sure are experienced with plants. Perhaps, one day, you can give me some outdoor garden tips. Because of back/knee problems, the last two years our garden has been duds. Weeds do fine though. lol. Well, let's say I've been growing indoor plants at least 25-yrs. I first got hooked as a child, when we'd go to my aunt's farm in MI. My MOTHER didn't allow plants indoors, but I managed to sow veggie seeds at 11-yrs. My first house plants were given to me as gifts when I moved out of the house at 18. They died..too much lovin'. PM, it's really nice talking to you. Mike...here you are.... It will grow, don't fret! I planted 96K (full sun) this spring with no underground system and I wasn't about to drag hoses around. We had 2.5 weeks of no rain as soon as I planted and then a batch of heavy thunderstorms that washed 1/3 of my seed away. It came in semi thin with loads of crabgrass and other weeds. I hit it with Bayer advanced weed killer this summer and that killed off most of the weeds and slowed the crabgrass. I haven't fertilized at all. I just overseeded it during the last week of August and I have sprouts everywhere. I'm going to apply a winterizer next month and a very thorough pre-emergent in the spring and I'm quite certain I will have a beautiful 5 blend tall fescue lawn next year. It already looks very nice (tall fescue = super deep green...even in drought) but nowhere near what it will be. I'm guilty of abuse by most standards and recklessness by some but my yard is coming in fine and getting better by the week. Just relax a little and enjoy the new growth.

In order for Nature's Miracle to work, plenty of the product has to permeate the stain/soiled area. When most people do not have good results, it is because they did not get enough product to the affected area. We bought a repossessed house 4 years ago. The real estate agent warned us about the odor before we went in the first time. This is in a winterized house in late January---outside temps were in the teens---as were the interior temps inside the house. The smell even at 18 degrees was strong. Strong enough that many people simply turned around and went back out. The reason for the smell? Previous occupants had at least 5 dogs(three were tied in the back yard) and the other two probably did not go outside at all. Those people lived here for over 4 years. They had removed the carpet from the upstairs, but not the basement. There were literally hundreds of pee stains all over the main floor. We bought the house, took until April---because I knew I could remediate the odor. Three gallons of Nature's Miracle later, when the furnace had gotten the inside temps up to 80 degrees---NO odor. None. Now, a year and a half later, while changing the water heater, a couple gallons of water got loose and soaked the bottom of a wall between the basement storage room and the basement hall---and Boom, odor. Why, I had simply not treated that area. Couple cups of Natures Miracle---odor gone. About two months ago the condensate pump failed and the water again soaked that same area. NO odor. Three of the neighbors finally got to know us well enough to ask about the odor, one figured we just lived with it like the other family. Invited them in and they could not believe there was no odor at all. So, the stuff works, as long as it is applied well enough and in ALL the affected areas.

Very pretty, indeed. I love the fabric...It's great to know how to sew, you can save a ton of money and change things all the time! I have tons of fabrics as well...stored in big tubs that are stacked on top of one another in a large guest closet. It's a sickness. Next time I go to my wonderful fabric guys, I'm going to bring my camera. You won't believe how much fabric they have...they ship all over the world (not retail - wholesale)It's a fabric-holic dream... The place is huge...I went 2 weeks ago to look for my dining room chairs and went home with samples, but nothing was right. I'll have to go back another day, when I have more time to look. When I went, I said I wanted something for my dining room table to use for protection, so I don't have to use the pads all the time...He gave me a huge bolt of the stuff for free, He said here take it...They are so nice these two guys. They sell me stuff for 1/2 of what I pay in the fabric stores and give me extra too... :)
