Everyone I'm soooo excited today!
Comments (17)awww, so happy about everyone's bees! And bless you, Rita and Iris! Yesterday I only got through the 1st 3 posts and as soooooon as I read Rita's borage, I immediately googled because since my last post on how to balance a garden organically, many had recommended several herbs and borage was a completely new one...and then I dropped everything and drove like mad to the all! the nurseries and garden centers near me to try to find Rita's and Mr. Bumblebee's borage... I haven't been able to find any yet and sites say to plant in early spring but I am definitely going to be ordering seeds for next year! And the whole day yesterday I was doing a happy bumblebee buzzing dance. After I got back from 3 borage searches at various garden centers, I planted my herbs, verona, meadow sage/salvia until 9:00 p.m.! (all that's left is my bee baum, have to transplant my 3 lavender because of the gladiolus, and my catnip and 3 lilies) Then when I visited my parents later that evening to share some cake with them, every word out of my mouth was bumblebee, bumblebee. And the hilarious part is that besides roses I love gourmet cooking (am a real fan of Iron Chef of America), but I can't bear to eat any of my herbs lol! I want to save every single leaf and flower for Mr. Bumblebee... And look what a tempting treat this borage cupcake would be... and would I ever eat Mr. Bumblebee's flowers????? no way! Rita, I can't even begin to tell you how excited I'll be once I get the chance to plant this flowering borage for fuzzy-wuzzy koochy-woochy super Cute-to-the-max Bumblebee.......See MoreOT: POTD I feel so old !!!
Comments (17)lol....my mom and I always say...you can take everything away from us...but you can not stop us from laughing. It DOES keep you young at heart!! Kylie I sure danced SO much and now I know that I am crossing fingers AND toes in the future right away...cause it sure rained a lot here also. It was such a relief not to have to go out and water and the WHOLE yard is wet. Of course I was thinking about you. Hoping that you got your share of rain. PA so glad you got rain too and the rest who needed it! Haase the only time I burn candles is when I have a romantic evening with a glass of wine and Andrew's Gold by my side. Looks like the candles have to wait a bit longer. Besides, I do not turn on lights...I have these little night lights...on the floor. They really give you just enough light were you think wow...everything is a ok lol Lucy...See MoreHelp! I'm feel like I'm going crazy...long
Comments (55)Ladies may I join you in this discussion? I am a young healthy looking 62. And today is my first visit here after looking up adrenaline I sure understand better now That's what I have going on MY NATURE'S PACE MAKER.working. Adrenaline After a stay in icu heart recently everyone finally agreed i am mot crazy.it was.my heart. The docs installed is a device catch my heart acting badly is a heart tracker like halter monitor. Under my chest muscles on top of my heart. I can cause it record what just happened.. iam write with excitment because your stories are all so familiar. These stories for me begin after mitral valve repair. 7 years ago. Basic problem ..unless the doc sees the heart behaving badly they deny the problem. All this time we never could catch it Last doc said bluntly if we dont see it didnt happen. You must to er Well recent at 230 am it woke me up, just as you have described. I went directly to the er They caught the serious thing! Arrithemia and more then two days in icu. Now meds have slowed my heart from 70 to 52 while docs decide what to do. Last night I realized I was having an adreilin rush. The same rush I went to a neurologist for help. Over a year and half. Often it also affect my skin. Goose bumps crawling feeling all day long! Well have I got news for him.I was not crazy about that either. my gp I visited last month just to say. I know you don't know what is wrong but I still got it. Knows too I sat in neros office two months ago ,,,same thing. I said dr i just want you know ME when I end up in er..and i need you. well it was er straight to icu. Home now with electrical issues. Last last night meds have my average at 52 bpm.it woke me. 2 3 am. I use my tricks to get back to sleep.as soon as felt sleep coming on the stomach feeling spread. It woke me up heart pounding.sweat .out of breath!!! Happened several times . then checked average heart rate on my Garmin. 48. Average 48 so i was probably lower. Maybe 45! My natural pace maker kicked in every time sleep lowered bpm and I was short on air. Natural pace maker? Adrenaline can't wait to see what was recorded on my device Thank you body! Now I think i know what as going on for long time hidden from doc view. Electric shock adrenaline style...See MoreI am soooo mad....at me or dh??
Comments (14)Stac I know how you feel.I too can not bare pain.I layed on a heating pad for 3 weeks because I didn't have the extra money to go to the dr because lighting struck our new air condititon greg just purchase and we have such a big ded,if we file on homeowners insurance. So I didn't go to the dr.I took motrin but the dr wanted me to come in for a shot for my sciatic [cannot spell the word] nerve. It hurt so bad I cried.Since my doctor is not on our insurance plan I pay 75.00 each time I go and still leave there oweing a balance. So I say all this to let you know I do know what you went thur or is going thur.I hope you get relief for your pain and things get better for you.Hang in if you can dear friend and I will be praying for you. Before I end let me add this. Our centeral air has been torn up for a while ,and it will cost so much to fix it.So we been using fans and this new air condition greg bought that lighting struck. Greg went last week after this happen, purchase another new aircondition. It is small and only cools one room and man is it hot.So see I feel for you....See More- 9 years ago
