You really have to look carefully for it to be noticeable at all in my opinion, but I guess opinions can vary a lot so it's best to get a few more people in on this.

I wouldn't have noticed unless it was pointed out (in this picture at least). Quartz color can vary a little from slab to slab so this can happen at seams.

I think it's very obvious and would bug the heck out of me.

quartz colour does vary from slab to slab, but that is why you make sure you use the same slab when butting two pieces up against one another - unless you got a deal or refused to pay for extra slabs to make this work.

On my screen one has more gray in it so the different shades would bother me. It's a shame be a use it looks like they did a good job.

What Daisychain said. If they said you need to buy consecutive slabs and you said no then this is on you. Did you view the slabs before templating?

Side note, there are two threads that I created by accident, this thread originally didn't show up so I created a new one but hours after later it appeared.

Anyway... My contractor arranged all of this. He brought me samples and pictures and I picked the color. He purchased the slabs and installed plywood and another guy came to cut and install them. The flooring and counters were being installed the same day and since I have 4 kids I left so that we wouldn't be in the way. When I came back the counters were completed but it two different colors. In hindsight maybe I should have just stayed or asked more questions. Our contractor has been amazing and I guess I just trusted him since he has done such good work with everything else. Dh talked to him this morning and he's going to redo that wall.
