Can you suggest a sunspace installer for the Seattle Tacoma area?

Out backyard is VERY outdoor garden and gazebo activity focused. However. half the year our wet weather drives us under cover. An attached sunspace could solve this.

This sunspace needs to be a greenhouse jungle like for plant growing with wettable self draining floor and environment near 65% RH with 55 or 60 F nights. It is not a dry indoor solarium library like space. The space would be a lean to unit attached to a current outside wall of the house.

The first photo shows our backyard before recent landscaping, house painting, and reroofing. The house is a tri-level with the lower patio hidden in the first two photos behind tbe Gazebo.

We are looking to remove our lower patio roof and install a 20' x 12' lean to greenhouse on a bown metal color. The lower patio is along lower right side 23' in roof drawing. The lower patio roof matches the upper patio, gazebo and outbuilding roof.)

The lower patio is on the south side of the house in a very sunny yard and also is open to the east. House entrance to this current patio space is from a lower floor family room via sliding door. There is a similar width upper patio area off kitchen with seperate roof and outdoor seating area that we'd leave intact.

We want this lower patio area to be a conservatory like living space with tropical plantl landscaping and indoor/outdoor furniture. It would have a garden hose and draing floor and be supplemental heated by a Wiiliams Direct Vent 22,000 BTU gas furnance (which we have already).

We were thinking of installing a Texas Greenhouse Company 20' x 12' greenhouse or similar solarium kit to be the greenhouse.

Can you suggest a professional in our area to remove the lower patio roof, pour the cement footings, and install the premade greenhouse?

Do you recommend another brand over Texas Greenhouse and why?
