I would say the Stark Bros description is accurate : A luminous apricot. This variety features medium-size, freestone fruit with a gorgeous bright orange color. Exceptional flavor and texture make them great for fresh eating, cooking and preserving. The tree is compact, productive, disease-resistant, cold-tolerant and late-blooming (to avoid late spring frosts). Ripens in early July. Self-pollinating. Mine were mealy the first season, not bad the second season, good the third season (kind of tasted like gerbers apricot blend in jar baby food). I thawed out some whole harglow apricots from last year today and they were delicious (but not pretty). I think over time in the freezer the fruit flavors and sugars are somewhat concentrated as the water must be evaporated.

I do understand what you mean about the AI making mistakes and contradictory statements. Just recently when querring it about growing potentilla shrubs in pots, it told me I would have to winter protect the shrub roots in zone 8. Then when I rephrased the question by asking what the hardiness of potentilla was, it said zone 2. So clearly one doesn't equal the other. But that type of thing doesn't bother or confuse me. I am easily able to navigate through such presentation to find the information I am looking for. Certainly I don't look for moral judgments out of machines including AI. For me, the format Google AI uses with an overview, then more indepth analysis is very helpful. The yes and no answers are good too. Example - Can you grow potentilla shrubs in a pot? Google AI - Yes you can grow potentilla shrubs in a pot - and so on. You just don't get that kind of response when going to a site on potentilla shrubs.
