Comments (8)Somehow Toronto missed the big storms that hit the US last week - I was sure we would get it when New York did. Last winter we had our biggest snow storm of the year the day spring break started - many people were stuck at the Toronto airport for 3 or 4 days - and to say that we received our heaviest snowfall says something because there was no where to put it. I am expecting a huge storm some time over the coming weeks - so far not in forecast, but it will happen. We have had too much snow this winter already....See MoreIt's snowing in Carson City!

Comments (9)Quarzon, I'm not positive on the ID on my mums either. They were passed along at a swap several years ago and looked more like 'country girl' than anything else I could find on the internet. Like yours mine are in full sun and get watered, but they never have dead foliage. They are in pretty good soil as I used to grow roses there and I do use a lot of mulch around the roots. I hope yours improve with time. They do put on quite a show in the fall and have a few flowers intermittently through spring and summer....See MoreIt's SNOWING in Houston!
Comments (81)Well, it's definitely going to be a white Christmas here! It's been snowing since about 12:30. With what we got yesterday, we have at least 5" on the ground. Hope it quits before noon tomorrow, or even earlier! Merry Christmas, everyone!...See Moresprtphntc7a
