Cost effective way to heat greenhouse?

Hi, I just recently put up my first greenhouse. It's one of the ones that you put together the metal bars then put the cover on it. It has a velcroed door and two vents. One vent is basically covered up because that side is against a wall.

I am trying to figure out a way to keep it a little warmer. I am in 8b (Western Oregon, not the coast line). If I don't have to use electricity that would be nice, but if that's the easiest and a decently cheap option I would look into it.

I thought about painting some milk jugs black and filling them with water.. my thought was they would store heat during the day and release it into the night. Im not sure how well it would work though.

Any ideas or tips are very much appreciated. Like I said this is my first greenhouse so I'd love any help at all. Thanks!!!
