Trying to bud my roses *not* under patent, here's the list I have...

Hi there! I'm planning on trying my hand at budding later this spring once it gets warmer. I was lucky enough to get 60 virus free Fortuniana cuttings for rootstock from UC Davis and it looks like most of them are taking! (see that post here: http://forums.gardenweb.com/discussions/4337484/adventure-rooting-fortuniana-rootstock-and-learning-budding)

I'm going through the roses I have to make sure which ones are not under patent. It's a little confusing!

If you have any info that could help me with this list, I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm trying to respect the hard work of the hybridizers. :)

These are the newer roses (not old garden roses) that look like they either never had a patent or their patent is over 20 years, so my understanding is they're no longer under patent and they're OK to bud (or root from cuttings). Is that right? The list is long, but if you see any glaring mistakes, please let me know!
