Should I discard a rex begonia that had white flies?

I put the rex (Begonia U497, with iridescent leaves) into a small terrarium while I prepared a large one to hold about 10 rex begonias. I'd had the U497 about four months. I then noticed a lot of white flies in the terrarium... I haven't seen any sign of them outside of it. (The terrarium had not had anything but moss in it for a year.)

I applied a strong insecticide 3 times at 5 day intervals, and I moved the terrarium outside where we have had extended periods of time at or below 50 deg F (10 deg C) which is supposed to keep white flies from laying eggs.

Now the question is whether, after say a month of seeing no flies, to put the begonia back with the others, or to discard it and buy another one.

Thanks in advance. :)
