Fleck 5600sxt, 32K softner settings HELP

Hello
I am German and I need help for the optimal settings for my new Fleck 5600SXT water softener in our Townhouse.
Please advise what on the best settings for my set up.

Here are the facts:
Water pressure: 65 PSI (before Valve)
Water main: 3/4” Copper pipe
Softener: Fleck 5600SXT
Capacity: 32K grains
Resin Media: Ion Exchange Resin IonPlus CA-10 (Carbochem Inc.)
Brine Tank: Diameter = 18” x Height = 33”
Water usage: Average 100-120 G/day (2 Person)
Water: city water
Water hardness: 11 GPG
pH: 7.9 SU
Iron: 0.041ppm
TDS: 315 ppm
Magnesium: 6.15 ppm
Calcium: 78.1ppm

Water pressure: 65 PSI (before Valve)
