I'm serious. No joke. I was walking yesterday and saw this in the road. Not sure if it's from melted snow and accumulated road salt or what. It was in an area that's far away from houses so I know it wasn't a kid's prank. This way, I see a skeeter's face. Or the more I look at it, it reminds me of Gonzo from the muppets. But upside down, which is how I originally took the pic, I see a rocket ship taking off. If you see something else, that's in your mind, not mine! :-O

My neighbors HUGE pine tree blew down in our 100mph wind storm we've been dealing with. Yesterday this sign was added.....they have a life size bear statue where this tree fell.

Yowser, Nicole!! 100 mph!!! We had 40 mph winds and it was scary! I can't imagine 100. Once we had just the winds from a hurricane and they were 80 mph. The addition on my house pulled away just a tiny bit but enough to scare the daylights out of me!!

Murraysmom....yep! SCARY! We slept downstairs Tuesday night. It was quiet and peaceful compared to upstairs....windows bowing in, rattling, so loud we upped the TV volume to 44. Peeka still "freaked" out, pawing the walls in the middle of the night, sitting in the windowsill looking out the window aaaaaaaaaaaaaall night.

This looks like a comfortable spot.....

I played with Photoshop elements and liked this effect on a granddaughter's picture.

I have the free software called "FotoSketcher". You can create many different effects with your photos. I like the watercolor effect the most.
