Comments (14)Jasdip, my daughter is a classically trained dancer and attended the local high school of the arts. Once she grew out of her Pointe ballerina body, she went into Lyrical, Modern and Commercial dance. While at college in NYC, she worked for the guy who taught Al Pacino to dance the tango in the film Scent of a Woman. He took her under his wing and taught her the Argentine Tango. To this day, it is still her favorite dance. I don't have many photos of her dancing but did find one taken a couple years ago. Comments (3)Very cool picture, Jodi. This is my mother's 90th birthday party when we threw her a big open house which she loved. She was recovering from cancer and chemo so wasn't looking her best. This is all her family (except hubby who had skipped out to do something) Only two of us live in town, so it was a big deal. She died just before Thanksgiving. This pic is from a year ago. They are helping themselves to the birds leftovers. Saw a herd of 9 of these lovely creatures quickly move through the yard yesterday afternoon. That explains why the whole feeding area looks licked clean every morning.
