I took this picture of my father the other day. He was here for a visit (he lives 75 miles away, and comes for 3-5 days, about twice a month). Unfortunately, I won't see him again for a month, as he and my brother are leaving next week on a transatlantic cruise to Europe, and then another cruise around Europe. Dad will be 90 next month, and he is in excellent health and stays active (he takes about 4 cruises each year).

OK, Wanda! You must find out his secret, not only to a long life but a good life. Does he ride those bikes, or is all the sea air? What a good looking man. I hope he and your brother have a wonderful trip.

My eyes always get drawn to your Buenos Aires dancers Jodi!
I just love them.

Jasdip, my daughter is a classically trained dancer and attended the local high school of the arts. Once she grew out of her Pointe ballerina body, she went into Lyrical, Modern and Commercial dance. While at college in NYC, she worked for the guy who taught Al Pacino to dance the tango in the film Scent of a Woman. He took her under his wing and taught her the Argentine Tango. To this day, it is still her favorite dance.

I don't have many photos of her dancing but did find one taken a couple years ago. This is DD at the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA doing the tango.

DD is so pretty Jodi and has that healthy looking dancer's body...a true artist and athlete!

I would love to take DD to Buenos Aires but she's a vegetarian with a very sensitive nose. The whole city smells like BBQ meat. She'd take one whiff and get right back on the plane. :-)

I too like snakes but I meet too many with the rattles on my hikes and it's a bit unnerving.
