Comments (5)Thanks, Marlene, OA & punk...I can't believe how fast time flies ...I never believed my Gr'ma when she would tell me that! Ha! (now I am walkin' in her shoes!) OA ... those are flat ornaments (actually tea candle holders)...a gift from a Secret Santa many yrs ago at work. & yes, some Christmas books there...the gr'kids' pic books & board books shelf is hidden by the tree ...I miss seeing/working w/new books! But I usually buy at least one a yr. I'll attach a pic w/fave books on another shelf, "Stranger in the Woods" ...beautifully photo illustrated. Santa & his 'list' is 10+ yrs old now ...& still working...a big snow globe that flies snow around & plays music. Comments (17)Busy, the swags I have now (not in the picture below) already have a tannish gold with rust checks, and it just looks dirty. With my kitchen and DR having a lot of white I'm thinking the B&W would look better. Especially in the kitchen. But that's why I have you guys, to see what I can't see. lol. Here's an old picture of both windows. Right now they both have the swags which aren't shown. What I like about the black and white is the crispness of the two colors combined, and it matches the other colors perfectly. Windowsill and countertop decor has completely changed since this pic. Backsplash has ruby red diamonds with light yellow diamonds around the sink and stove. Floor is a cream and rust.
