That is hardwood on the floors so really showing us this has no real bearing on choosing flooring. You need to talk to a flooring expert about the best choice with the slab. There are many ways to do flooring on conctete slab but you need to talk to a pro in your area. I love LVP but it has limitations too. I would choose it over laminate unless you go very good quality laminate from maybe Germany .

We’re also building and are going with the 48” Wolf range and SZ refrigerator. The range is big but I loved the idea of the double ovens below. We also live in the area that SZ and Wolf are headquartered and had a chance to visit their demonstration kitchen and were blown away. I’ve only ever heard good things from friends who have both of these. We also are getting the Miele built in plumbed coffee maker after a friend told us it was the best decision they made for their new home and “he didn’t even like good coffee before” :) were big coffee drinkers and thought this was worth the splurge. We skipped the sharp built in micro as I couldn’t justify the expense for a micro (but I could for a coffee maker 🤷🏼‍♀️😉). I’ve also only heard great things about the sharp built-in. Sounds like an amazing kitchen you’re designing!

We have natural white oak floors. Our cabinets are a darker wood tone (walnut) and it is a great combo.

Great (and funny) responses everyone! I love a good mystery, but not with so much riding on the result! I can ask my salesperson, but trying not to randomize here since there will be PLENTY of questions /issues as we get further in the process. Right now I'm also hoping that my front doors described as "Crystalline Sidelite 8' S814SL Full Lite" doesn't mean I have clear glass with no privacy! (This home came with pre-selected upgrades, hence my ignorance on the finer details).
