Comments (56)seil - what a sweet bloom on Tattooed Lady. Being a tattooed lady myself, I might need to find a spot for that one! msjam2 - your photos are beautiful. I second Sara Ann about Distant Drums. I have one coming this spring as well. I also really like your raised stone border... was that DIY? I'd love to do something like that for my own beds! Comments (41)Some more beauties! Kristine, that's such a lovely picture of Tournament of Roses, I had that one years ago, makes me want it again. Modestgodess, you have some beauties also, especially Summer Romance and First Crush! Anna, I think they are both good roses. I got Memorial Day last year, it's a bloomin' machine, and the fragrance is wonderful! I've always been fond of Bewitched, but I have to admit I've had trouble with mine recently, those lovely blooms make me not want to give up on it though, I've grown it since the early 2000's. and until about three years ago it was one of my favorites. Memorial Day is probably the better rose, but I do think my Bewitched can do better....See MoreShow your roses by color: YELLOW
Comments (30)Sara-Ann, I'll be trying fort root stock for the first time this year, too. Perhaps we can compare how they do in our zones? Might be fun. Also, with regard to K&M Roses, do you just place an order to be shipped at a later date? Do you phone in your order or use another method? I emailed them last spring and didn't receive a response so that's probably not the way to order? I'm really enjoying seeing everybody's rose photos this time of year when there are just brown pompoms on my bushes right now. lol Natalie...See MoreShow your roses by color: WHITE
Comments (21)Bolero is such a prolific bloomer. It is a wonderful rose. Here are a few pics of my Bolero this past spring. Another white that blooms alot during spring flush is DA Tranquillity. Though it does not bloom as well throughout the growing season. My favorite white blend is DA Crocus Rose. It blooms very well throughout the growing season with 2 big flushes in the spring and fall and quick repeats throughout the season....See MoreCurdle 10a (Australia)
