Water in crawl space, from ductwork?

I have an unconditioned crawlspace that I laid 20mm poly on the ground and sealed. I have installed 2" thick rigid foam around the joist band and sealed gaps with spray foam and insulated the water pipes. The duct work is insulated too. It has been in the single digits the past few days. There is quite a bit of water on the poly, and it could have only come from above. Plumbing seems dry with no evidence of leaking, plus plumbing hadn't been used for 5 days. Could it be possible that condensation is from the ductwork, even though it is insulated? It appears dry too. I am very stumped on where this water could be coming from. Any ideas, suggestions appreciated. I plan to insulate walls too, but not until I can figure out the water issue.
